cinnamon biscuits; serving size is 1 biscuit Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 cup low fat buttermilk |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
100 grams apple, diced |
1 tbsp baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. mix dry ingredients 2. add oil and blend with pastry blender 3. add apples 4. add buttermilk 5. stir into a stiff dough 6. roll out and cut into 12 biscuits 7. place on cookie sheet 8. bake at 450F for 15 minutes |
