                    We love these served alongside chicken and pork. Or as a treat at breakfast. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 cups flour  |  
                                                1 tablespoon baking powder  |  
                                                3 teaspoons sugar  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon cinnamon  |  
                                                1/4 cup cold butter  |  
                                                1 cup milk  |  
                                                melted butter  |  
                                                cinnamon sugar  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Mix the dry ingredients. 2. Cut in butter until crumbly. 3. Stir in milk just until moistened. 4. Drop by large spoonfulls onto a greased baking sheet. 5. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. 6. Bake at 425* for 12 minutes, or until light brown.                              |
