A cinnamon bomb! Ingredients:
3 eggs |
200 g sugar |
3 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 pinch of clove |
65 g candied lemon peel |
100 g grated almond |
250 g flour |
2 teaspoon baking soda |
sliced almond |
Directions:
1. Beat 2 eggs with sugar until fluffy. 2. Stir in cinnamon, clove, candied lemon peel and almond. 3. With a help of a mixer stir in flour and baking soda. 4. Roll out and slice in bars, smear with egg and sprinkle almond on it. 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes on 180°C. 6. Keep it for ten days in airtight box before serving! |
