Cinnamon Banana Oat Fondue |

This is a really fun and yummy treat! Very healthy and no cooking! It is different from most fondues. You can serve this cold or warm with the dippers. I suggest vanilla wafers 8) Ingredients:
1 cup ripe banana, mashed |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 cup quick oats |
cubed cake |
banana bread |
fruit |
vanilla wafer |
Directions:
1. Mix together the mashed banana and lemon juice, blending well. 2. Add remaining ingredients; combine well. 3. Serve with dippers, as suggested above. |
