Cinnamon Apples Slices - Hot

Great side dish with pork dishes. Easy to make and great substitute for applesauce.
Ingredients:
2 tsp canola oil
1 tsp butter substitute
3 apples (granny smith or another hardy apple), cored and sliced thin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
1. Core and slice apples thin
2. In skillet, heat oil & butter substitute over medium heat
3. Add apples and cook till tender
4. Sprinkle cinnamon & nutmeg and mix well
5. Serve hot.
