Pear, plum, or apple purees are taste substitutions for apple. As baby gets older and begins enjoying different textures, you can mash soft, ripe fruits and add them to yogurt instead of the purees.
Ingredients:
2 servings of apple puree or 1/2 cup natural applesauce
1 cup plain yogurt
dash of cinnamon
Directions:
1. Stir Apple Puree or applesauce into yogurt. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate.
