Make a super-easy dessert or snack by topping vanilla low-fat yogurt with applesauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla low-fat yogurt |
8 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce |
4 teaspoons cinnamon-sugar |
Directions:
1. Spoon 1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt into each of 4 dessert dishes. Top each with 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce and 1 teaspoon cinnamon-sugar. |
