Kids will love this simple and refreshing apple salad! You can make as many servings as you wish. This is one of my 'no measure' recipes. At first, go a little easy on the cinnamon until you get it as spicy as you'd like. Read more ...better too little than too much..ditto the sugar! Ingredients:
unpeeled diced apples |
walnuts, chopped |
seedless grapes, halved |
diced celery |
tiny marshmallows |
cinnamon. |
sugar |
mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients. 2. Mix together mayonnaise, cinnamon and sugar, to taste. 3. Stir into fruit. 4. Add marshmallows at the last minute. |
