2 small red delicious apples or 2 small gala apples, sliced paper-thin
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:

2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper (not wax paper). Place apple slices in a single layer on paper; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
3. Bake until lightly browned, about 2 hours. Cool on wire rack and serve.
