Ingredients:
1 cup(s) finelt chopped golden delicious apples |
3/4 cup(s) finely chopped walnuts |
1 cup(s) butter-softened |
1/4 cup(s) brown sugar |
2 cup(s) sugar |
2 eggs |
1-8oz sour cream |
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
2 cup(s) flour |
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. combine 1st 4 ingredients stir and set aside. 2. Beat butter at medium speed until creamy. gradually add sugar and beat for 3-5 minutes until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating at low speed just until blended. Spread half of batter into greased and floured springform pan. Spoon apple mixture over batter to within 1/2 inch of edge. Spread remaining batter over mixture. Sprinkle with Streusel topping. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 25 minutes or until toothpick cones out clean. Let cool on rack for 10 minutes. Remove side of pan and cool. Drizzle with Cream Cheese Drizzle. 3.
