These pancakes are to die for! Thick, fluffy and always to perfection! Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
1 egg |
2 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil |
1 1/4 cup flour |
3 tsp. sugar |
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon |
1/2 tsp. nutmeg |
2 tsp. baking powder |
1/2 tsp. salt |
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine milk eggs and veg. oil. 2. stir in the rest of the ingredients. 3. Heat a lightly oiled pan over med to med high heat (may want to turn down on second batch so you don't burn them). Pour about 1/4 of the batter for each pancake and brown on both sides. Serve with your favorite syrup and a dab of butter. These are also just as great served with just butter! Enjoy! 4. * If you like thinner pancakes just add more milk to your liking. 5. ** This recipe makes 4 descent size pancakes...if you are big breakfast eaters definitely double the recipe for 4 people. |
