This is a simple low carb nut snack. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 cup sliced almonds |
1/2 cup pecan halves |
1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a pan over medium-high heat on stove top. 2. Add all the other ingredients and stir gently. 3. Saute for about 2 minutes (or until a little crispy). 4. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
