The sweetness of the almond and the spicy cinnamon make a perfect combination. Ingredients:

10 oz. almond paste |
2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened |
1 1/2 cup sugar |
3 tbsp flour |
4 large eggs |
2 teas. cinnamon |
1/2 tea. almond extract |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450^. 2. Layer almond paste evenly in prepared pan. 3. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth. 4. Add eggs one at a time. 5. Add remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly. 6. Pour into prepared pan. 7. Bake at 450^ for 15 minutes. 8. Reduce temp. to 250^ and continue baking for 1 hour. 9. Let cool and refrigerate before serving. |
