If you like cinnamon, fig and banana, you'll love this smoothie! It is fat free and any kind of milk can be used. Ingredients:
3 cups milk (dairy, soy, rice, etc) |
1 banana (sliced & frozen) |
3 figs (frozen) |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 -2 teaspoon cinnamon (own preference) |
1 teaspoon vanilla essence |
Directions:
1. Place the glass of milk in the freezer for an hour. 2. Put all the ingredients in the blender. 3. Blend! 4. Enjoy! |
