Spicy Meat Sauce for Spagetti Ingredients:
1 medium onion, diced |
2 lb lean ground beef |
680 ml tomatoe sauce |
796 ml stewed tomatoes |
156 ml tomatoe paste |
284 ml mushrooms,pieces & stems |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1 tbsp minced garlic |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp pepper |
1 tsp italian seasoning |
1 tsp basil |
1 tsp oregano |
1 tsp parsley flakes |
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper |
1/2 tsp chilli powder |
Directions:
1. Saute Onions in Olive Oil. Add Beef & Garlic & brown until Cooked. Drain Oil from Beef. Combine all other ingredients to Beef, bring to a boil and than simmer for at least one 1 hour or more stirring occasionaly.
2. Add additional spices to taste if necessary.
