Hi! This is a very quick and simple chicken soup recipe. I have been making it for years. I usually just cook the chicken in water to make the broth. I cook the chicken till it falls off the bones. Ingredients:
3 cups chicken broth |
2 cups diced potatoes |
1 cup diced carrot (optional) |
1 cup diced celery (optional) |
1/2 cup diced onion (optional) |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 cups cooked chicken |
16 ounces processed cheese, like velveeta |
Directions:
1. Cook the veggies in the chicken broth until tender. 2. Add the chicken until hot. 3. Slice in the cheese and stir until melted. |
