On Black Friday, these meatballs provided strength to the retailers working at our store. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
3/4 cup fine dry breadcrumb |
1/2 cup milk |
1 egg |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/2 teaspoon onion salt |
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine above ingredients. Shape into 20 (1 1/2 inch) meatballs. Place meatballs on a baking sheet. Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. eanwhile, in a large skillet or pot, heat pasta sauce. Add meatballs and simmer until heated through. |
