I got this recipe from my cousin Cindy, and it's the BEST corn casserole recipe! You've got to try it! Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained |
1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) package jiffy cornbread mix |
1 egg |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup margarine |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. While preheating, place butter in 8x8 baking dish to melt. 3. Mix ingredients and pour in baking dish with melted butter. 4. Bake 30 minutes or until top is crusty. 5. For a 9x13 dish, double recipe. |
