Cindy's Chocolate Frosting |

This is the only chocolate frosting my mother will use. It is also very good made with white sugar instead of the brown sugar. Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
1 cup milk chocolate chips |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix brown sugar and cream in saucepan, boil for 1 minute over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and vanilla. Continue to stir until it is the spreading consistency you want. |
