From Woman's World mag 3/9/09. Ingredients:
24 frozen cocktail size meatballs, thawed |
1 (15 1/2 ounce) jar pizza sauce |
1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti, cooked, drained |
1 onion, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope chili seasoning mix |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with onion and garlic |
1 (19 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed, drained |
1 cup water |
2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Coat large pot with cooking spray; place over medium heat. Add meatballs and 1 chopped onion; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. 2. Stir in cinnamon and chili seasoning; cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Add pizza sauce, tomatoes, kidney beans, water and chocolate chips; bring to boil; reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 10 minutes. 3. Serve spaghetti topped with chili mixture, 1/2 cup chopped onion and cheese. |
