Cincinnati Chili Ingredients:
1 quart water |
2 lbs ground meat |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon cumin |
2 large chopped onions |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 garlic clove |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice |
6 ounces tomato paste |
1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
3 large whole bay leaves |
Directions:
1. Crumble raw meat into water, add all ingredients. Bring to boil, then simmer for 3 hours. Remove garlic toe and bay leaves. |
