Cilantros Sesame Tofu Salad |

This salad can be served at room temperature or cold. Light and refreshing salad. Ingredients:
250 g fresh tofu |
2 tbsp sesame paste |
1/4 c fresh cilantros, chopped |
1 tsp salt |
2 tsp soya sauce |
1/2 tsp sweet chili oil |
Directions:
1. Cut the tofu into 2 inch (5 cm) cubes. 2. Cooking lightly in boiling water for 1 minute. 3. Remove, drain, and place in a serving bowl. 4. Make a sauce by mixing the sesame paste with the salt, soya and a little water. 5. Pour over the bean curd and sprinkle with the chili oil and coriander and serve. |
