6 ounces nonfat plain yogurt |
1/3 cup cilantro, stems removed |
1 garlic clove |
1 serrano chili |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to blender or food processor. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours to allow flavors to blend. |
