I think you might be able to use this as a marinade for pork chops. From Sam Choy's Polynesian Kitchen Ingredients:
1/4 cup cilantro leaf |
1 1/4 cups orange juice |
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1/3 cup honey |
1 garlic clove |
2 teaspoons ginger |
1/4 cup canola oil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Put in blender sand blend until smooth. |
