This is an excellent dip for vegetables or marinade, and also for chicken, turkey & pork tenderloin and a -0- points value per serving. Ingredients:
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth or 1/2 cup reduced-sodium beef broth |
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce |
1/4 cup chopped fresh scallions |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well to combine. 2. Refrigerate until ready to use. |
