If you love fresh cilantro, you'll love this salsa. Ingredients:
4 medium tomatoes, finely chopped |
1/3 cup minced red onion |
1/3 cup chopped green pepper |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
1/2-1 tablespoon hot sauce, to taste |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. 2. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving. |
