Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup(s) cilantro leaves |
3 cup(s) chicken broth |
1 1/2 cup(s) long grain white rice |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Puree cilantro and broth. Bring cilantro mixture, rice and salt to boil over medium-high heat in large saucepan until no liquid is visible, 5 to 8 minutes. Meanwhile, warm another burner on low. Transfer pan to low heat, cover and cook on LOW heat until rice is tender, about 15 minutes. |
