                    Fresh cilantro gives exotic Syrian-style flavor to these easy skillet potatoes Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped  |  
                                                1/2 garlic clove, minced  |  
                                                2 tablespoons olive oil  |  
                                                1-1/2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Partialy boil the potatoes (i did this because the first time i made these it took forever for the potatoes to cook) 2. In a large skillet, cook cilantro and garlic in oil over medium heat for 1 minute (carefull not to burn them). Add the potatoes; cook and stir for 20-25 minutes or until tender and lightly browned. Drain. Sprinkle with salt.                              |
