This recipe goes with Cilantro Pesto Primavera with Seared Tuna Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped green onions |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
dash of ground red pepper |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 ounces grated fresh parmesan cheese (1/2 cup) |
1 ounce fresh cilantro leaves (about 2 cups loosely packed) |
2 tablespoons extravirgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Place onions and next 8 ingredients (through cilantro) in a food processor, and process until finely minced. With processor on, slowly pour oil through food chute, and process until well blended. |
