This recipe goes with Thai Crab Cakes with Cilantro-Peanut Sauce
Ingredients:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
Directions:
1. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, and stir with a whisk until smooth. Cool, and stir in cilantro and mint.
