This recipe goes with Thai Crab Cakes with Cilantro-Peanut Sauce Ingredients:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
2 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter |
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, and stir with a whisk until smooth. Cool, and stir in cilantro and mint. |
