This is great with curry dishes or spicy barbequed meat. Ingredients:
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, stems removed |
1 bunch mint leaf, stems removed |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
3 cloves minced garlic |
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded |
3 tablespoons water |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1/4 tablespoon kosher salt |
1/2 tablespoon plain yogurt |
Directions:
1. Put everything in blender or food processor and blend well. |
