Cilantro-Lime Topping add Southwestern flair to grilled corn. Ingredients:
1 new mexico chile |
1/4 cup butter |
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro |
1 teaspoon lime zest |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
Directions:
1. Briefly toast chile in a pan, then finely chop and set aside. In a food processor, whirl remaining ingredients until smooth. Spread butter on corn and sprinkle with chile. |
