3. tablespoons sour cream
4. green onion, chopped
5. tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
6. garlic clove, minced
7. /4 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
8. /4 teaspoon grated lime peel
9. /8 teaspoon salt
10. Dash ground cumin
11. Dash pepper
12. Dash crushed red pepper flakes
13. salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
14. Lime wedges

16. In a small bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Place fillets skin side down in a greased 1-1/2-qt. microwave-safe dish; top with sour cream mixture.
17. Cover and microwave on high for 4-6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lime wedges. Yield: 2 servings.
