Cilantro-Lime Salad Dressing |

I love making Mexican food but GOTTA have a lighter veggie side to serve with the heavy food. This dressing is really simple but wonderful served over romaine, lots of fresh veggies, and a little homemade pico de gallo! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 lime, juiced |
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro (leaves only) |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
Directions:
1. Mix altogether in a blender. |
