Cilantro Lime Rice (chipotle Copycat)

After a lot of trial and error I fine-tuned a recipe that works for my family and tastes a lot like Chipotle Mexican Grill's rice.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon butter
1-1/2 limes (juice of - divided)
1 cup basmati rice (or extra long grain rice)
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
Directions:
1. 1 In a 2-quart heavy saucepan, butter over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted.
2. Add rice and juice from 1 of the limes (save the other half for after rice is cooked, stir for 1 minute
3. Add water and salt, bring to a full rolling boil.
4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes (or according to package directions).
5. When rice is cooked, stir in cilantro and juice from the remaining half of a lime. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
