Delicious rice dish......fresh lime juice and cilantro wake up your taste buds....eat alone or with your favorite mexican dishes. Ingredients:
3 cups of hot cooked rice (long grain recommended, since it does not come out mushy) |
2 small limes (or 1 large lime) |
1 lime, zest of (all of one lime) |
1/2 cup of chopped fresh cilantro |
1 teaspoon salt (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Once your rice is cooked fluff with fork. 2. Add lime juice, zest, cilantro and salt. 3. Stir well. 4. Serve warm. 5. Enjoy. |
