Light southwestern style rice Ingredients:
6 lbs parboiled rice |
10 quarts water |
1 cup salt |
1/4 cup oil |
1 cup lime juice |
4 cups fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. Bring Water to boil with salt and oil on stovetop. 2. Stir in Rice. 3. Bring back up to simmer. 4. Turn off heat and cover with foil. 5. Allow to steam for 20 minutes. 6. Stir in Cilantro and lime juice. |
