Cilantro Lime Quinoa

This is a super simple quinoa recipe I like to make and then use as a base. You can add this to just about any mexican inspired dish, roll up in burritos instead of rice, add to a salad or press down into the lid of a mason jar or round cookie cutter to make a little patty that you can top with anything.
Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa, cooked according to package
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together well. I recommend that you refridgerate the salad for at least an hour to let the flavor develop this is of course optional.
