Here's a refreshing change to basil based pesto! Ingredients:
1 cup packed cilantro |
1/2 cup packed parsley |
1/4 cup toasted walnuts |
1/3 cup olive oil |
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon lime zest |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
