This sauce adds a bright piquancy to almost any seafood. Try it with poached salmon, seared tuna, or sautéed shrimp. Ingredients:
1 cup (packed) fresh cilantro leaves |
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 garlic clove, peeled |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Blend first 5 ingredients in processor until cilantro is finely chopped. Add mayonnaise and process just to blend. Transfer to small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.) |
