Cilantro Lime Dressing Like El Torito |

Here is a great dressing for Taco's, Salads, Sides, Chips.....Close to The El' Torito Chain in Southern California....Yes, it's green..Not like your regular salsa, but it's fresh and good. Ingredients:
1 bunch cilantro, chopped |
1 small jalepeno , seeded and minced.. (wash hands after seeding, or you will burn your eyes!) |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
3/4 pkg ranch dressing mix (dry) |
2 cloves garlic |
juice of 2 limes |
1/4 tsp hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Place sour cream,pepper, mayonnaise, cilantro, ranch mix, lime juice, hot sauce and garlic in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Yes everything....... Easy! Add more sour cream or mayo for thickeness.
3. Done!!!
