Found on line and now love it at home. Easy and so good! Ingredients:
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar |
1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
1 teaspoon purred chipotle chile in adobo |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
1 cup chopped cilantro, stems and leaves |
3/4 cup oil (the recipe says canola, but i used olive oil) |
Directions:
1. 1. In a blender, blend everything except the oil. 2. 2. In a steady stream add the oil, until smooth. |
