Beautifully fresh tasting. That is if your cilantro is perfect. Please like cilantro if you are going to rate this. Modified from a recipe on . Ingredients:
1/2 head green cabbage, thinly sliced |
1/2 cup sliced fresh cilantro, loosely packed |
1/2 a medium sweet onion, thinly sliced |
1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
1/4 cup sour cream (i use balkan, thick yogurt to be corn free) |
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
sea salt, to taste |
freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine sour cream or Balkan yogurt, fresh lime juice, brown sugar, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper in the bottom of your serving bowl. Add cabbage, onion, and cilantro and toss to coat. 2. Enjoy the freshness! |
