Ingredients:
3 limes, juiced |
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste |
2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley |
2 teaspoons minced onion |
1 teaspoon minced fresh coriander ( cilantro) |
minced preserved malagueta pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Place all of the ingredients together in a small glass (nonreactive) bowl. Stir to mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to stand for half an hour for the flavors to mix. Serve at room temperature. |
