Ingredients:
1 fresh head of garlic
2 cups fresh cilantro
1/4 cup crushed red pepper flakes
4 cups white vinegar
Directions:
1. Separate, slightly crush, peel and score the garlic.
2. Soak and rinse the cilantro, dry and coarsley chop.
3. Combine with vinegar in a clean, decorative bottle and tightly cork.
4. Let it age for 4 weeks before using.
