a good vinegar to serve on tomatoes, peppers or grilled vegetables Ingredients:
1 fresh head of garlic |
2 cups fresh cilantro |
1/4 cup crushed red pepper flakes |
4 cups white vinegar |
Directions:
1. Separate, slightly crush, peel and score the garlic. 2. Soak and rinse the cilantro, dry and coarsley chop. 3. Combine with vinegar in a clean, decorative bottle and tightly cork. 4. Let it age for 4 weeks before using. |
