Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt, preferably whole-milk |
1/4 cup finely diced, seeded cucumber |
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro |
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper |
Directions:
1. To make the sauce, whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until needed. |
