This a delicious chutney to have with indian dishes, great with samosas or bhajis.And I love it along side of a curry dish.best when made fresh and eaten the same day. Ingredients:
2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped |
1 teaspoon dried red pepper |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon water |
1/4 onion, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.Store , covered in the fridge. |
