Ingredients:
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar |
1 serrano chile, seeded and coarsely chopped |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Process first 7 ingredients in a food processor or blender until combined, stopping to scrape down sides. With processor running, pour oil in a slow, steady stream; process until thickened. |
