1 jalapeno peppers seeded and minced

1/4 cup(s) fat free mayonnaise
1/4 cup(s) reduced fat sour cream
2 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar
2 tablespoon(s) lime juice
1 clove(s) garlic minced

Directions:
