Herby flavours work together well in this fresh-tasting salsa. Serve with spicy chips for dipping. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons cilantro, roughly chopped with the stalks |
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves |
1 scallion, finely chopped |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
2/3 cup olive oil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Whizz all the ingredients in a food processor and check seasoning, adding more oil if needed. Serve dollops of the dip with spicy snacks. |
